I became a counselor out of my years as a first responder. Nobody calls 911 when they are having a good day. The same is true about counseling. I will do everything within my power to assist you and make sure you have a great experience. I maintain an open and honest clinical approach that focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and believe that clients will feel comfortable in approaching me with questions and feedback about this process.
