I want to live a meaningful, thoughtful, helpful life, listening and caring for others. Being stuck is something I know about. I can listen with empathy and provide support.

Individual and couple work for me involves an Adlerian foundation with an emotion-focused approach. Symptoms are attempts to problem solve. Looking through an attachment lens, I believe that individuals are hardwired for connection and intimacy. A person is the healthiest when they are selflessly seeking the good of their significant others. As a counselor, I help clients find their strengths, power, voice and connections.
