For 20 years plus I have helped individuals with their thoughts, feelings and actions in a eclectic manner that creates the potential for growth and change. Being a therapist, acupuncturist and yoga teacher I specialize in mind-body medicine so besides making meaning out of challenges, I utilize yoga, breathing techniques, visualization and hypnotherapy to help empower people to live their best lives. Having grown up overseas as a racial minority, I am sensitized to cultural issues and love the creativity and necessary flexibility to be of service to individuals and honor the courage they have to engage in deliberate growth. This holistic approach of integrating mind-body and soul is my emphasis. No matter what your religion , if any, I will honor and assist you in using those ideas for your personal growth.
