Dr. Dana Anderson is a licensed clinical forensic psychologist. She provides comprehensive clinical diagnostic assessments to ensure an accurate diagnosis and correct course of treatment. Dr. Anderson provides forensic psychological reports to the court as a court-appointed forensic psychologist for the California Superior Court- Criminal Division. She provides psychological evaluations to defendants at various stages of the criminal justice process. As a criminal evaluator, she assesses and diagnoses inmates detained in correctional and psychiatric facilities as well as State Hospitals to determine competency to stand trial. She is retained by private attorneys and the Public Defender's office to evaluate sentencing recommendations and recommendations for Mental Health Diversion cases. In civil litigation and family law, Dr. Anderson is retained by the plaintiff's and defendant's counsel to provide psychological evaluations to assist the court in legal decisions. Dr. Anderson provides Disability Evaluations, Veteran's Evaluations, Fitness For Duty Evaluations, and Workers' Compensationon Evaluations. Dr. Anderson received a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Forensic Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Dr. Anderson is licensed as a Psychologist by the California Board of Psychology (PSY33167).
