My goal is to provide a warm and nonjudgemental space where children, adolescents, and adults can discover their unique strengths and find meaning in their lives. I integrate a variety of techniques including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and expressive arts to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management. As a trained clinical and school psychologist, I am able to assess children with learning and behavioral disorders and figure out the best way for them to learn optimally. I work collaboratively with parents to teach positive parenting skills and build healthy relationships with their children.
