Hello, Taking this step to begin working on yourself is already leading you in a better direction.
I am a psychologist licensed in the states of Arizona and Colorado. I have over 28 years of experience helping a variety of clients with a wide range of concerns and as a clinical supervisor. I have extensive experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, stress, chronic illness, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, life transitions such as career change, divorce, retirement, graduation, and empty nest. I have counseled at a university counseling center, a non-profit group, as well as my own private practice.
My style of counseling is direct, while also warm and supportive. Our work together will begin with your main concern(s) and incorporate your story as necessary. We will work together to help you build the skills, resources, and confidence to address your concerns and live life well.
