I am a NYS licensed clinical psychologist with more then 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, attention and focus issues, and learning to manage stress. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. What is your approach to therapy? I am trained in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients learn how thoughts, feelings and behaviors interact. My focus is on identifying specific goals and on finding solutions to problems. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
