Hey there ! My name is Dr. Cross. I am a licensed psychologist in Florida with 4 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit in? Are you struggling with your identity, to keep up with your relationships, work, and/or overall health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals deal with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational challenges, and self-identity struggles. Together, we can identify what's not working and help enhance your overall mental/emotional well-being. We'll use a person-centered approach to address your overall well-being. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation, positive psychology strategies, and other self-help / relaxation strategies that you’ll be able to learn, master, and carry with you throughout your life. Whether you're dealing with stress, self-identity issues, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or grief, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy, especially for the first time, can feel scary and uncomfortable but you're making a great first step to help yourself. You deserve a safe space to process, heal, and grow.
