I have been providing clinical social work and therapy services to individuals and families for over 17 years, focusing on primary health and mental health concerns. My experience has taught me that using a strength-based person centered approach, the therapeutic relationship can be of most benefit to help each client with their unique concerns. I believe that each person has inherent strengths that can be built upon to help them reach their optimal level of emotional well-being and functioning. I am also of the mindset that there is not a one-size fits all approach to therapy, the approach and techniques used must be matched to the individual situation, problems and client strengths.
