Hi! My name is Christine Schuster. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Minnesota and Florida. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field with significant experience with treating anxiety, depressive, trauma, low self-esteem, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum, substance use, mood disorders, and psychosis. My work often centers around grief/loss, career/life transitions, and relationship issues.

I believe in providing a non-judgmental, open, and safe environment for individuals to feel comfortable expressing themselves. I provide individual therapy that is tailored to your specific needs and pace. I mainly use a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach, but I incorporate other types of therapy as indicated to reduce your stress level and ensure that you meet your treatment goals.
