I provide online solution-focused therapy for Adults. I use a strengths-based perspective and focus on incremental changes to help clients better manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and significant life changes. I have over a decade of experience working in various medical settings such as the emergency room, long-term care facilities, and primary care offices to help individuals better cope with the stress of chronic illness. I underwent various training in multiple therapy techniques, including CBT, ACT, EFT, and MI. This allows me to use various treatment options to help clients reach their goals.
