Hello and welcome! I'm Christie Crawford. If you’re here, you’re likely considering making a change in your life to “reroute” yourself, from whatever bumps or roadblocks have come your way. You may have tried other methods of rerouting yourself: reading articles, blogs, joining support groups, talking with friends. Those are terrific supports and this just adds another layer of guidance to your roadmap of life. I would love to meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.

The logistics of scheduling office sessions (e.g. work hours, finding a sitter) are one of the biggest obstacles to beginning the therapeutic process. By working together via telehealth, hopefully some of those obstacles can be removed.

I believe, first and foremost, in building a safe and comfortable therapeutic rapport. Not all therapy “fits” all, and many people find themselves intimidated by certain aspects of therapy. Together, we will curate a unique approach to the kind of therapy you are looking for.
