I am psychologist licensed in Maryland with over 20+ years of experience providing therapy to adults. My areas of clinical experience include - depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, parent-child conflicts, workplace stressors, family of origin issues, survivors of childhood sexual abuse/trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, low self-esteem, body image and weight issues.

My job is to be your guide and assist you during your therapeutic journey. My approach to therapy merges cognitive-behavioral techniques within the framework of brief psychodynamic therapy.
