Nearly everyone wants to be understood and sometimes that takes meeting a person where they are in their level of comfort with therapy, and that is exactly what I do! I specialize in providing therapeutic services to individuals. I have doctorate in school psychology, with a clinical concentration, from UNC Chapel Hill. I recognize that life has many transitions and some may present a confusing time. I have expertise in human development, while integrating Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Multi-Cultural approaches to achieve therapeutic goals. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, insomnia, panic disorders, ADHD, school behavior difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorders, adjustment disorders, suicidality, and other internalizing and externalizing behaviors. My goal is to promote lasting healthy outcomes for those I work with.
