I have had the privilege of working in the counseling/mental health field for 30+ years, 12 of those as a professional counselor and Director of Behavioral Health Services for a major healthcare system. I greatly enjoy coming alongside individuals and families and helping them grow emotionally and in their mental health. I have life experience and specialized training in areas such as: grief/loss; depression; anxiety; divorce recovery; spiritual/religious issues; parent/child relations; pornography addiction; tele-health; co-parenting; and bi-polar disorder.
