Hello! I am a Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D.) in the state of Florida with 8 years of experience working as therapist and psychological evaluator in both outpatient and correctional settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, difficulties with anger management, relationship problems, and parenting issues. I have also helped many people with histories of addiction, physical trauma, and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I consider the client/therapist relationship to be the fundamental foundation for successful counseling, so I strive to provide a laid-back and non-judgmental atmosphere, where trust between client and therapist can be rooted and nurtured. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which are client centered and goal-oriented approaches that enable me to support, encourage, educate, and empower my clients. We will work together to identify faulty thinking and behavior patterns and learn better ways of coping with life’s stressors.
