For the last 9+ years I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including university counseling centers, an inpatient hospital, and at a crisis center. I have worked with concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, academic stress, relationship difficulties, transition issues, and sexual assault/abuse. I aim to create a safe space by building a relationship based on trust and respect for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, relationships, and all aspects of their identities.
