About

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California. I have worked with clients with different psychological symptoms, interpersonal issues, or with life transitions. I also have experience working with people with attention, hyperactivity, cognitive, medical, or neurological disorders.

My counseling style is interactive with a goal of being non-judgmental. At the same time, I try to increase your level of introspection for continued psychological and personal growth. During our counseling sessions, I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is integrative utilizing the following therapies: interpersonal psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused brief. Incorporating cultural identity in therapy is also a focus. Making change and bettering our lives is difficult. As such, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you!
