I believe that the foundation of therapy is the collaborative relationship between client and therapist, exploring possibilities and solutions to transcend suffering, face reality and remove barriers to wellbeing. Our life experiences shape our perspective, altering our expectations and our focus of attention, determining our emotional and physical wellbeing. Through collaboration and relationships, I help my clients eclipse life obstacles, helping them achieve fulfillment. I use a wide range of modalities to reach a broad client base. I have specialized experience in trauma, trauma-focused care, personality disorders, and mood disorders.
