About
Do you struggle with overthinking almost everything in your personal life and/or in your relationships with others? Are you trying to make sense of why things happen to you? When we overthink and try to make sense of why things happen to us, we create feelings of anxiety, shame, guilt, and fear. Learning how to tap into those feelings and cope with them in a healthy way can help life feel more manageable.
I specialize in attachment styles, trauma, addictions and relationship issues. I focus on identifying how an individual's attachment and ability to build and maintain meaningful connections impacts their personal and professional lives and relationships with others. I have experience working with individuals, families, couples and groups.
As a therapist, I remain open-minded, nonjudgemental and warm towards clients as being in the healing process and asking for help is not always easy. Often times I ask my clients to set an intention for the session to help remain in the present as a reminder that it is a safe space.
