The decision to seek therapy takes a lot of courage and is a commendable sign of strength. Having a safe and supportive space to process the challenges of life is important.

I am licensed as Clinical Counselor in the State Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Texas as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NCC). I received my PhD from the University of Cincinnati in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2022 as well as a Master of Science in Education in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2016. I have 10 years of professional work experience which includes individual, group, and team therapy and consulting with adolescents, young adults, adults, athletes, and coaches who present with various concerns such as depression, grief, anxiety, performance anxiety, trauma, multicultural concerns, identity, finding balance, life transition, career development, self esteem and motivation.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will work to create a therapeutic plan that best meets your individual needs, goals, and strengths.
