I help individuals work through anxiety and discomfort that stems from change and transition. Together we face your challenges, dismantle your fears, and define your new identity while rebuilding your belief in yourself.

Many feelings and emotions can surface in the face of change and uncertainty. Life events that others have found it helpful to have a therapist walk with them through include:
​unpacking childhood challenges and trauma;
the loss of a loved one; 
unplanned family or financial changes; 
the loss of a job or relationship, or start a new one; 
transitioning from high to college;
moving to a new city in the same state, different state, or even the other side of the world,
or, simply dealing with the uncertainty of the future.
