I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of teenagers and adults with a variety of issues. I earned my doctoral degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide goal-oriented cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to teach people effective ways to cope with adversity and regulate their emotions and behaviors. I specialize in helping those with difficulties related to anger management, emotional regulation, anxiety, social skill deficits, and trauma, as well as the interpersonal challenges that often accompany these difficulties. I aim to help individuals learn flexible coping skills, adopt new habits, identify their strengths, build resiliency to better manage demands and setbacks, and gain a more constructive perspective on the world.
