I am licensed in Florida, Louisiana, and Nebraska with 20 years of professional work experience. I have been a military spouse for 17 years and have a great deal of personal experience with moving, adjusting to new situations, and navigating new locations. Professionally, I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes.
