I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Massachusetts and a licensed professional clinical counselor in Kentucky, who is also Ordained Clergy and a trained Spiritual Director. A seasoned professional, I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, estrangement in relationships and specialize in the lingering effects of abuse in adult survivors.

My style is caring, interactive and clear. I listen deeply and treat people with dignity and respect. My approach is holistic utilizing cognitive behavioral, family systems and narrative modalities. We tailor our our dialogue into an action plan that meets your goals. It’s empowering to step back, see triggers, set boundaries and learn skills for new choices.
