Discovering ourselves can raise different emotions because as humans we tend to wear a mask to appear to others differently. Perhaps, we wear masks as shields to protect us from others hurting us or wear masks because we are fearful to show who we really are as individuals. Are you are willing to heal those open wounds that continuously hurt you and stop you from moving forward? Do you want to stop listening to your inner voice and stop judging yourself (no one judges you more than yourself). This process could definitely be painful and it is hard work; however, you can make some changes if you are willing to do so. If you are willing to move on from your past and heal your current situation, I am committed to trying to help, guide, and assist you in discovering ways you would not imagine that you are capable of doing to feel better.
