I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist having worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have worked in a variety of psychology settings, including working with incarcerated populations; at-risk populations, severe mental illness, as well as teaching at the graduate level. These different areas provided me with various skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I offer individual and couples therapy to support and treat relational issues, anxiety, emotional distress, trauma, and life transitions. I take a collaborative approach with the intention to identify blocks and negative patterns and then release and clear them, while recognizing and building upon strengths, resources, and coping skills. I believe that therapy is an art as each client is unique. Together, we will develop the best therapeutic process for you. I will utilize the most credible interventions to support meaningful change.
