Hello, and welcome to my psychotherapy practice. My goal is to assist you in meeting your current life challenges and reaching the healthy goals that you want for yourself. I have over twenty years of experience as a provider of behavioral health services, both in private practice and agency work. I am a licensed clinical social worker since 2000 and a licensed psychologist since 2012.

Initially, my practice focused on children and families. I provide parenting psychoeducation and am an expert in child mental health development. I have worked as a school-based therapist for many years and taught and supervised therapists. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked with thousands of adults facing all types of emotional and mental health issues. I am culturally aware of and sensitive to the challenges faced by women and minority populations.

My current focus in providing psychotherapy services through a telehealth platform is in helping you, using cognitive behavioral principles, to develop coping skills and behaviors that lead to your increased sense of well-being and interpersonal harmony.
In these hectic and fast paced times, we want to feel connected to others, but can frequently feel lonely and disconnected or out of sync. Sometimes we are not aware of how we may self-sabotage ourselves through old patterns of thought and behavior.
Respectful of the dignity of all people, I use brief, solution-focused interventions and mindfulness skills training which will empower you to meet your positive goals.
