My name is Ashley Snyder, I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I focus on your entire well-being, physical and emotional, and know there is a direct relationship between both. My approach I am directive and supportive in therapy sessions, optimistic that you can make significant improvements to your life and how you are feeling over time.I do not see therapy as a quick fix but believe in long-term change. My focus I work with many conditions ranging from those with a history of trauma to life transitions. My communication style I am empathetic and supportive yet direct with my clients. I am clear about setting clear goals to work on during our journey.
