My name is Dr. Ashley Anne and I help clients turn stress into a superpower.

Stress happens when something in your life creates change. Whether it’s good stress, bad stress, little stress, big stress - stress is happening to you all the time, because your life is changing all the time - moment to moment, minute to minute, day to day… you get the picture. You want stress, because living a stressful life is a sign you are not dead yet… which is a very good thing.

The problem is, we humans don’t know how to process stress, and that’s what’s making us sick.

Very few illnesses comes from our genes. The majority of what’s making people sick - like anxiety, depression, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes - starts because stress gets stuck.

If we’re going to solve the big problems of our time, like climate change, oppression, poverty, and chronic illness, we humans have to learn to use stress to our advantage, which means learning the truth of who we are and what we can do.

And the truth is this: The people of this planet are superheroes with superpowers that serve and protect ourselves, each other, and our earth. And stress is the secret to everything.

My mission is to support to by teaching you the art and science of being happy, healthy, wealthy, and free by turning stress into the superpower it’s meant to be.
