I am a clinical psychologist with 18 plus years of experience, licensed in the states of Florida and Nevada. Providing mental health services in this venue maximizes the doctor-patient therapeutic relationship, as it allows the flexibility to seek guidance at your leisure. I have worked with a culturally diverse population throughout my career, and their individuality is captured with an empathetic lens. My focus of interest and areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, addictive disorders, LGBTQIA+, grief counseling, and adjustment to situational stressors. My approach to therapy is client-centered, coupled with a cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based modality that allows for motivational enhancement and coping skills building.
