I am licensed in Massachusetts with over 30 years of work as a therapist, coach, leader, and teacher. My experience includes helping clients manage stress and anxiety, build motivation, improve self esteem, and confidence, improve depression, & cope with transitions, losses, and life changes.

I believe that we all deserve and can achieve authentic happiness. I use the best research in positive psychology to help every client find higher levels of purpose, joy, and productivity than they thought possible. I also knows that “technique” in therapy is not enough. My deep training and expertise is enhanced by warmth, humor, and genuine compassion for each of my clients.

I have never viewed therapy is not a "forever" project. Most people can make big gains in a modest amount of time. I know that you can find your own personal path to feeling alive, vibrant, successful, and hopeful faster than you thought possible.
