I have been working in teletherapy for the past five years and really enjoy the flexibility it brings to myself and my clients. I specialize in general anxiety, panic attacks, post-COVID anxiety and depression, social anxiety, general depression, self-esteem, relationships, and work/life balance. In addition, I have over 20 years of experience working with the LBGTQ community, eating disorders, spiritual balance, and substance abuse. I work with younger and older adults and focus on what you need to live your life to the fullest in a positive strength-based approach to address your needs. As a Psychologist who has worked with many severe issues, I have learned that you can succeed and be happy in life.
