I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in New York with 10+ years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy using Solution Focused approaches, Trauma-Informed Care, Psychological First Aid, Primary Care Psychology, and Biofeedback. Within my professional career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients that presented with depression, anxiety, sleep problems, ADHD, kinship and elder care, and trauma. I have also assisted clients who experienced emotional and sexual abuse.

While my therapeutic style is of an integrated approach, I typically work with clients using a cognitive-behavioral style that typically involves short-term treatment to address behavioral and thought patterns. Overall, the integrated approach is a flexible approach that allows for a tailored counseling experience. My personality style is one of kindness, non-judgmental, and honesty.
