Hello and a warm welcome! Some things about me: I am a second-generation Taiwanese- American woman specializing in providing culturally-attuned psychotherapy to treat low self-esteem, intergenerational trauma, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and a general sense of dissatisfaction with life. I graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s in Psychobiology in 2013 and completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in 2020. In therapy, I integrate heavily from attachment work to focus on healing past traumas and insecurities in order to grow into a confident, self-loving, values-driven individual. In my free time, I love to garden, hangout with my pets, and explore new restaurants.
