I am licensed in Maryland and DC with 35 years of professional work experience in Mental Health. I am a clinical and spiritual therapist who meets clients where they are in working with them. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert on your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I also believe you have the internal power to make a change. The first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life is the courage to know that you need help.
