Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of Rhode Island and Georgia. I earned my Doctorate from the University of Georgia in 2019, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in trauma recovery services through the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University at the Providence VA Medical Center in 2020. I have worked within a variety of settings providing empathic and nonjudgmental services to adults, couples, children, and families. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, emotion dysregulation, as well as relationship difficulties. In treatment, I utilize an eclectic approach that combines my experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-processing therapy to meet the needs of my clients. I enjoy working with individuals and families to develop effective coping strategies, increase self-confidence, enhance relationships, bolster resilience, and improve their overall quality of life.
