I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Minnesota. I provide evidence-based therapies for a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and trauma. I am primarily trained in cognitive behavioral therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches regularly into my work. Outside of my clinical work, I have published numerous articles and book chapters in the field of psychology and apply my comprehensive training in research to ensure I am providing the most modern and effective clinical care.
