I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Texas with over 30 years of leadership bringing technological support to mental health issues. I have numerous peer-reviewed book and journal articles in this field. I work with clients having a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addictions, and PTSD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is based on active listening and the belief that people are the experts on their own story. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic modalities. Evidence-based treatments are key.
