Do you want a therapist who can help reduce depression and anxiety? I am it with over 35 years of experience. I also work with couples who are having problems with their relationships. Many people also have work and career problems and questions that I work with. You can expect that you and I will work as a team to help you achieve the goals that are important to you. We will work together to reach what you want and without me telling you what to do. The focus is on what each client wants to achieve. I will not be silent during sessions.
