Committing to self-care is a big step and I am excited to begin that journey with you! For the past two plus decades, I've worked with individuals across the age span in a variety of settings. I am a licensed professional counselor in the Commonwealth of PA. I have a lot of experience working with individuals within the 18-30 year old range who are experiencing adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm, or difficulties relating to trauma. I also have worked quite extensively with student athletes on issues ranging from mental health to leadership development to resiliency skill development. My approach is holistic and I work to create meaningful change across all domains: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. We will work collaboratively to establish achievable goals and assess progress consistently to assure that you meet them. I will work side by side with you so that you find a sense of deep meaning in your life and develop a practical set of skills to help you overcome your current obstacles and achieve your goals.
