Alexis Zornitta a licensed clinical psychologist with 9 years of experience, specializing in anxiety and trauma based disorders, such as PTSD. Her approach is integrative and incorporates evidence based therapies. She is trained and certified in a variety of trauma-focused therapies, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), narrative exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Dr. Zornitta's therapeutic style is client-centered and collaborative, creating a safe space for clients to share.
