Alexis Reynolds, Psy.D, LP is a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois. Dr. Reynolds has clinical experience with diverse symptomologies, diagnoses, and age groups. By embracing not only strengths, but also vulnerabilities, Dr. Reynolds strives to provide a therapeutic environment for clients to feel heard. Dr. Reynolds is an avid believer in the utility of psychotherapy in promoting healing, empowerment, and self-motivation through skill development and increased self-awareness. Dr. Reynolds received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, along with a minor in African American Studies. She attained a Psy.D in Clinical Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Reynolds completed her pre-doctoral internship in psychology at Minnesota Department of Corrections in September 2018 and post-doctoral fellowship at a private practice. She has extensive experience in trauma-related therapy, psychological assessment, forensic referrals, and neuropsychology.
