Hi, I'm Dr. Conway, a licensed psychologist. I'm passionate about helping you move forward and living the life you want to live. My main specialties are: 1. Perinatal Mental Health- Now that you're pregnant (or already have your baby), life will never be the same. With all of the joy of having babies, sometimes we overlook the real struggle of coping with hormonal changes, possible health complications, sleepless nights, and the tasks of caring for another human. 2. Women's Reproductive Health: If you've struggled with fertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, or a traumatic childbirth experience, you're aware of the unique pain caused by these experiences. Having specialized training and personal experience in these areas, I would be honored to walk with you on this journey. 3. Trauma/PTSD- If you've ever experienced or witnessed a life-threatening event, you're aware that if affects every area of life, including the way you feel about yourself, your relationships, ability to focus, and the sense of never feeling safe. 4. Faith-based counseling: It can be hard finding someone who has specialized training AND ascribes to a similar worldview. It can be scary not knowing whether the guidance provided will be in alignment with your values. On the other hand, you may not want a counselor who uses only Scripture to solve problems, as this can come across as dismissive, judgmental, and invalidating of your individual experiences. As a Christian psychologist, I am committed to providing a safe space for you and following your lead on how to incorporate your faith and values into therapy.
