About

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in Wyoming. I graduated with a doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D) at National Louis University in Chicago, IL where my training consisted of supervised therapy in a community mental health setting, specializing in working with those with PTSD, postpartum depression, domestic violence, depression, and anxiety. I competed my residency with the US Air Force where I furthered my experience with treating PTSD, depression and anxiety along with specializing in occupational stress. I approach therapy from a cognitive and behavioral approach using a variety of evidence-based approaches. I have received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and ACT-based treatments for use with those experiencing anxiety, depression and other occupational stress. I come to treatment knowing that you are the expert in your own life and value providing a non-judgmental space for those to process struggles and challenges in their life while helping find ways of moving toward increasing what can make life more fulfilling.
