Are you struggling with constant worry, or feel stuck thinking about painful things that happened in your past? Perhaps you find yourself engaging in compulsive behaviors, like drinking, gambling, or overeating as a way to escape from the pain that you feel inside?

I'm Doug Foresta, and I have over 15 years of experience helping people who are stuck in fear, worry and sadness break free and live the life they want and deserve. I combine my years of experience as a therapist with over 20 years as a playwright and writing instructor to help clients "re=story" their lives. I love working with creative people, and I believe that everyone has a creative power inside them that can help them overcome any obstacle. My clients seem to appreciate a non-judgemental and creative approach to therapy. (I don't have a "cookie-cutter" method of working with clients!)
