I am a big supporter of self-care, hobbies, surrounding oneself with positive social supports and trying to enjoy life to the best of our abilities. I believe we can all achieve a greater level of wellness if we can build a solid foundation of mindful awareness and self-care. Welcome again, and congratulations on taking the brave step towards your journey for growth! What is your approach to therapy? I believe deeply in helping others achieve their goals in life. I feel an authentic human connection is essential to achieving these goals, and my approach is very person-centered, as we are unique individuals and a cookie-cutter approach is the last thing we need when going about creating change in our lives. I strive to provide a warm, accepting and supportive environment for my clients to grow into the person they aspire to be. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My clients can expect a warm, accepting and supportive environment where they can be themselves. I strive to work in collaboration with my clients where they are in control of their entire progress, but feel the support needed in working towards their goals.
