Hello, my name is Dotty and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and Oregon. I have been embedded in the field of mental health since 2011. I have worked in hospitals, at an intensive outpatient mental health program, and inpatient psychiatric facilities in Florida and Oregon. I went to school at the University of Central Florida. I am passionate about helping people find their passions in life, manage life changes, alleviate unwanted symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and stress. I want you to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. I value holistic, mindfulness, and solution-focused practices.

My purpose on this platform is to provide you with a space to address and alleviate your current state of discontentment. You may be struggling with seasons of change, feeling stagnant in your daily routine, or need help finding your ground again.
