I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in sunny Florida and have eight years of experience providing couples, families, and individual counseling, as well as, life coaching. I bring a warm, compassionate and caring energy to my clients. I specialize in improving self-worth, helping couples and families resolve conflicts and develop powerful communication skills, effective parenting strategies, making life transitions, reducing anxiety and creating healthy boundaries. Most importantly, I instill hope, will help you create possibilities and develop a sense of inner peace.

My counseling philosophy is to listen without judgment and try to understand who you are, walk alongside you with compassion, and provide guidance and authentic feedback by coaching you through the process to create solutions.

Having spent time working with adolescents, families, couples, and individuals in a therapeutic environment I realize there are many challenges that are placed on families and marriages today. I recognize the need to be proactive and provide resources that help create relationships and values that can withstand the daily struggles.
I work to help my Clients develop skills and understanding that allow them to strengthen and improve relationships in all areas of life. I believe everyone wants to feel loved, worthy, connected, important and valued and that is where you find healing and freedom.
