About

I am a creative and caring New Jersey Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and children. Their wide array of concerns include stress, anxiety and depression, loss and grief, relationship issues, marital and parenting problems, self esteem, physical and emotional abuse and trauma. I am trained in family systems theory so when I see you individually, I am always thinking of you in terms of your family context and I will tailor my therapy to suit your needs.

I have an MA and EdS from Seton Hall University as well as a two year post graduate certificate in family therapy from the New Jersey Center for Family Studies. I have taught preschool and first grade and worked as an adjunct at Montclair State University teaching Interpersonal Relations. I have extensive training in art, play and sand therapy and have
trained and volunteered at the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter. I am an Integrative Health Coach and a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor. During the pandemic I worked as needed on the NJ state hotline.
